A new feature has been implemented that requires users to enter a mandatory description for the notary before completing the notary flow.The text label has been updated to “Detalle para la notaría” for better clarity.This ensures that each process sent to the notary includes a detailed note or context, improving communication, tracking, and document accuracy within the notarial workflow.

New CloudIA Call from Error or Warning Messages

A new feature has been implemented to improve the user experience when encountering error or warning messages on the platform. Since around 80% of tickets originate from error notifications, this enhancement provides users with alternative, self-service tools through CloudIA, helping them resolve issues faster and reducing unnecessary ticket creation. The update includes: Informative text and action button allowing users to ask CloudIA for help. Action trigger to open the CloudIA chat window directly from the error message. Copy-to-clipboard icon so users can easily copy error details when needed. This empowers customers to get immediate assistance without having to open support tickets.

Watermark for Smart Document

Added a new feature that allows users to add a watermark within the Smart Document settings.Users can now configure and display a custom watermark directly in their Smart Documents, improving branding, security, and document control.

Business Intelligence Folder for Power BI

This feature enables advanced automation scenarios where signer assignment and step execution depend on the data collected through electronic forms or previously defined in CSV files. Data Sources: Conditions can be defined using values from either Smart Templates or CSV files. Comparison Options: Conditions can be configured manually or set by users, allowing flexible logic (equals, not equals, greater than, contains, etc.). Outcome: Depending on the evaluation, the workflow can decide who must sign, whether to trigger the step, or skip it entirely. This enhancement provides more granular control over automated workflows, enabling complex routing and conditional signing flows.

Current Date Error in Data Capture

Fixed an issue where the first field on the Data Capture page could be mistaken for the current date.The first field now correctly shows the form submission date, and the current date is displayed only in the “Current Date” field. Labels and UI copy were updated to remove ambiguity across the form, exports, and API responses.
