API Documentation Improvement

Added a new README / documentation section in GitHub to clarify the use of the correct Base URL for Production vs Test environments.This improvement helps developers easily understand which environment to use, reducing confusion during API integrations.

Variation in Form Appearance Depending on How It Is Sent

Fixed a display issue where forms sent in bulk through automations appeared misaligned on mobile devices — fields were cut off on the right side and the “Submit” button was partially hidden.The form layout is now consistent across both sending methods, matching the correct mobile display shown in the reference image.

Error Logging in Word Add-in

Fixed an issue that caused errors when logging in to the Legale add-in for Word. Users can now log in without issues.

Default Option in List-Type Field to Remove Selection

Added a default option to remove an unwanted selection in List-type fields when configuring Smart Documents.This functionality was already available during the CSV configuration stage, and has now been extended to Smart Document forms. When a List-type field is used in a Smart Document, the form now includes by default an option that allows users to clear their selection if needed.

FEA in cloud

Implemented support for using Advanced Cloud Signatures. These signatures now work like cloud certificates, using the FEA enrollment configured in Settings. This allows users to sign documents through their advanced cloud signature directly from the platform.

FEA QR Code Position Adjustment

The position of the QR code has been slightly adjusted upward to match the new referential design, ensuring better visual alignment and a cleaner layout.

New Redesign for Cloudia – Unified Support Interface

Introduced a new “Need Help” tab to streamline support interactions and reduce confusion between support, Cloudia, and internal ticket systems. Removed the support icon from the upper right corner and the Cloudia icon from the lower left corner. Replaced both with a single “Need Help” tab, which provides three options: Start a conversation with the Cloudia chatbot. Open a new window with the legaliza.io/ tutorials at https://legaliza.io/docs/. Access the Request Support chat, replicating the previous support icon behavior. Updated the support chat language to remove duplicate text and include the request number. Added Cloudia’s avatar to conversations and changed the chatbot’s response color from blue to light orange, aligning with Legale’s branding.

My Tickets – UI Enhancements and Dashboard Graphs

Updated the My Tickets section with cosmetic and usability improvements: Clicking on the My Tickets text menu now automatically opens the chat to create or manage tickets, eliminating the need to press the “Create Ticket” button. The ticket page has been redesigned to include two basic graphs: My Tickets per Month and Team Tickets per Month, replacing the previous layout with the create ticket button and ticket list.

Responsive Form Display on Mobile Devices

Enhanced the display of forms to ensure consistent layouts across desktop and mobile devices. Forms configured for a single-column layout will now preserve this structure on mobile. Dropdown fields have been adjusted to display correctly without compression, and the submit button is now fully visible and accessible on smaller screens.
