Current Date Error in Data Capture
Fixed an issue where the first field on the Data Capture page could be mistaken for the current date.The first field now correctly shows the form submission date, and the current date is displayed only in the “Current Date” field. Labels and UI copy were updated to remove ambiguity across the form, exports, and API responses.
Variation in Form Appearance Depending on How It Is Sent
Fixed a display issue where forms sent in bulk through automations appeared misaligned on mobile devices — fields were cut off on the right side and the “Submit” button was partially hidden.The form layout is now consistent across both sending methods, matching the correct mobile display shown in the reference image.
Error Logging in Word Add-in

Cloudia Chatbot – Send Button Not Working
Fixed an issue where the Cloudia chatbot’s Send button was unresponsive. After typing a message and pressing Enter or clicking the button, nothing happened and the message wasn’t sent. The issue has been resolved so that messages are now delivered correctly, displayed in the chat, and responses are generated as expected.
My Tickets – Menu Highlight and Contact Creation Error
Fixed two issues in the My Tickets section: The menu now correctly highlights in orange with marked text when selected, matching the behavior of other menu items. Resolved an error that occurred when creating a contact with viewer access, ensuring the process completes without issues.
Viewer – Issues Displaying Attached Files
Resolved an issue where the document viewer displayed the same file repeatedly, showed some attachments only as thumbnails, or failed to display others entirely. All attachments are now displayed correctly in their original format and are fully accessible to the end user.
Dashboard Filters – Next Button Not Responding
Fixed an issue where the “Next” button on the dashboard filters was unresponsive after being clicked. The navigation now works correctly, allowing users to proceed through filtered results.
CSV Automations – Special Characters Causing Spelling Errors
