Connect your devices
Last Updated: September 2, 2025Connect a mobile device The Devices section displays information about the number of devices associated with your account. In this case, there are two contracted devices and one remaining available slot. Below, a table lists the currently connected device, including its name (“Dispositivo 1”), unique device ID, and ownership information (in this case, the logged-in user is the owner). Install Legale Mobile app To link your mobile device with the Legale system, begin by downloading the Legale Mobile application from the store. Log in to the Legale Mobile app After installing the Legale Mobile app on your device, open it and proceed to the login screen. Here, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address and password linked to your Legale account. Once your credentials are filled in, tap the “Acceso” button to sign in securely. Register the mobile device After successfully logging in to the Legale Mobile app, a prompt will appear asking you to enter a name for your mobile device. This identifier (e.g., Dispositivo Diego) helps link the mobile device to your Legale account. Enter a recognizable name and then tap “DE ACUERDO” to complete the registration. Your device will now be associated and listed under the Devices section in your Legale web platform. Mobile device successfully linked Once the device is registered, it will appear in the Devices panel of the Legale web platform, under the name specified during setup (e.g., Dispositivo Diego). The counter under Remaining devices will decrease accordingly—when it reaches zero, no more devices can be added unless additional device licenses are contracted. This confirms that the mobile device is fully linked and ready for secure digital signature operations.
Share your devices
Last Updated: September 2, 2025Sharing a device with other users To share a registered device with another user, go to the Devices section and locate the device you want to share. Click the share icon (represented by two user silhouettes) to the right of the corresponding device row. This action allows you to assign access permissions for that device to additional users within your Leg ale organization, enabling collaborative use of mobile signature capabilities. Select and confirm device sharing Once you click the share icon, a sharing panel appears. Use the dropdown menu to select the user you want to share the device. Once the user appears in the table below, click the Save button to finalize the sharing process. This grants the selected user permission to use the device for digital signing.
Remove your devices
Last Updated: September 2, 2025Delete a mobile device To delete a device from your account, locate the desired device in the list under the Devices section. Then, click on the trash bin icon associated with that device. This action will initiate the removal of the selected device, freeing up one slot in your available device quota. Confirm device deletion After clicking the trash bin icon, a confirmation dialog will appear asking if you’re sure you want to remove the device. To proceed, click on the “Remove” button. If you change your mind, you can cancel the action by clicking “Cancel”. Deletion message confirmation After confirming the removal of a device, a success notification will appear at the top right corner of the screen indicating: “Tablet deleted successfully.” This confirms that the device has been permanently removed from the system and no longer appears in your active device list. Refresh to update device availability After deleting a device, the system may still display outdated information. To accurately reflect the updated number of available devices, you must manually refresh the page. This will update the “Remaining devices” counter and confirm that the system has released the slot for future use.
