Change the language

Language settings In the top-right corner of the dashboard interface, users can change the platform’s display language by clicking the flag icon. In this case, the current language is set to English. This setting ensures that all navigation menus, labels, and system messages are displayed in the selected language. By clicking the icon, users can easily switch to other available languages supported by the Legale platform. Language selection options When clicking the flag icon on the dashboard, a dropdown menu appears allowing users to choose from three language options: English (United States flag), Español (Spain flag), and Português (Brazil flag). Selecting any of these will instantly translate the interface into the chosen language.

Get support by creating a ticket

Contacting support To initiate a conversation with the support team, navigate to the dashboard and locate the headset icon positioned in the top right corner of the screen, next to the profile and language selector. Clicking this icon opens a support window or redirects you to a chat interface where you can communicate directly with a support agent. Support panel options Once the support icon is selected, a panel opens on the right side of the dashboard offering several interaction options. You can get help from the AI or open the ticket pressing “Get support from Human” to request direct assistance from an agent. Ticket creation After selecting the support option, you’ll see a new pop-up window with the option to manage your tickets. Click the Create ticket button to begin the process of opening a new ticket. Once you click “Create ticket,” you’ll be asked to complete the necessary information to describe your issue or request. Make sure to provide clear details to facilitate the support process. You can check the status of your tickets from this same interface, dividing them into categories such as “Open,” “In progress,” or “Closed” for easy tracking.

Choose the website visual mode

Change visual mode To change the visual appearance of the platform between light and dark mode, click on the moon icon located in the top-right corner of the dashboard interface. The icon acts as a toggle: clicking it once switches to dark mode, while clicking it again reverts to light mode. This feature enhances user comfort and accessibility based on lighting conditions or personal preference. Set your profile options

Profile options By clicking on the profile icon located in the top right corner of the dashboard, users can access various account-related options. Profile menu options When you click on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner, a dropdown menu appears with three main options: Profile, Contracted products and Sign out. You must press Profile, where you can manage your personal account details Edit profile information The Profile section allows users to manage their personal account details. Here, users can choose the visibility of their profile as either Private or Public, and update key fields such as email address, first and last names, phone number, position, identification type, ID number, and address. Finalize changes In the lower section of the Profile page, users can enhance their account identity by uploading an avatar image and optionally recording a video to verify their identity visually and verbally. This video is a security feature aimed at reinforcing authenticity, particularly when sending documents for signing. Once the media content is provided, clicking the green Save button at the bottom of the form commits all updates to the system securely. Company profile configuration The Company tab within the Profile section allows administrators to configure corporate branding for communications and online forms. Fields are provided to enter the company name, an email title for corporate emails, and a welcome text that appears in automated communications. Additionally, users can upload a logo image and a video thumbnail to personalize the company’s visual identity in emails and web interfaces. Company profile – final configuration To complete the corporate branding setup, users can provide a video URL to personalize communication further. An optional toggle, “Hide envelope image,” allows suppression of the default envelope graphic in outgoing emails. Once all fields and uploads are completed, clicking the Save button ensures the changes are applied.

Accessing subscription information

Contracted products By selecting the “Contracted products” option from the profile dropdown menu, users can view detailed information about their active subscriptions and services. Reviewing signed document activity In the “Sign history” section under Contracted Products, users can view a comprehensive log of all signed documents, including their names, timestamps, GUID, and the signature method used. This area allows for filtering by signing method, verification type, and date range, making it easy to audit past signature activities. Export sign history to Excel To maintain comprehensive records of your signed documents, the “Download as Excel” button in the Sign history section enables users to export all log data into an Excel spreadsheet. Excel export of signature log Upon pressing “Download as Excel”, the system generates a structured spreadsheet containing a detailed record of each signed document. As shown in the image, this export includes the following key columns: Date of signature, Document name, its unique GUID, the Sign method used, the Owner of the document, and the Signer. Purchase history Within the “Contracted products” section, the “Purchase history” tab provides a clear summary of the services acquired. In this view, each row represents a product included in the transaction dated 01/08/2024 at 17:50, listing items such as Remote, Remote SMS, Cloud certificate, Local certificate, Video and Selfie verification, ID attachment, Geolocation, and the number of Users.
